The judge who granted the unreasonable request to exhume the body is a disgrace. The law maybe available to him but he should have considered the law against our traditional beliefs, culture and the real need to exhume the queenmother. Ghanaians have become very sa.tanic. Just see how we treat those who are gone and our funerals.

We stand with King Kaku Aka III in this urgent appeal. The exhumation of Obahyemaa Bulu Beneye without the consent and involvement of the Royal Nvavile Family is a grave concern. Royal burial rites and the dignity of our ancestors must be respected at all times. We trust that Chief Justice Paul Baffoe-Bonnie will launch a thorough investigation to ensure that due process, court directives, and cultural traditions are upheld. Justice must not only be done, but seen to be done.

This is deeply troubling. A Queenmother who has 'slept with her ancestors' deserves peace and respect. To exhume her body without the family’s knowledge, and allegedly in violation of a court-granted 1-week notice, raises serious questions about procedure and respect for tradition. King Kaku Aka III is right to call for an investigation. We pray for justice and for the Royal Nvavile Family during this painful time.

The MP, the DCE, and the entire assembly of jomoro should bow their heads down in shame. They should be schooled again for taking a court order of 7 days to be 4days. Is it due to hatred, or jealousy for the ornament buried with or their usual rituals or paid for? The evil that any one does, go after them. Body exhumed after 10 months of burial, and all ornaments vanderlized. God bless you all
