GhanaWeb has launched a new real estate portal designed to transform how Ghanaians search for, buy, rent and invest in properties, providing a more transparent and accessible digital marketplace for the sector.

The platform was unveiled on Thursday, July 9, 2026, to address longstanding challenges in Ghana's real estate market, including fragmented listings, unreliable information and difficulties in accessing trusted property opportunities.

Speaking at the launch, GhanaWeb CEO David Antwi described the portal as a natural extension of the company's more than two-decade mission of connecting people with information and opportunities, this time directed at one of life's most consequential decisions.

The portal serves as a comprehensive marketplace, bringing together landlords, estate agents, developers, buyers, renters and investors. It covers residential homes, apartments, land, commercial spaces and short-stay properties, with the company guaranteeing trust and transparency at the heart of its operations.
