Ghana must wake up . If fraudulent activity must be punished to serve as a deterrent, then it is time to send the right message by punishing those who commit fraud. If four deceased persons still keep receiving their pension payments to the tune of over seven million cedis , those who made the payments and those who received these funds must be prosecuted and jailed for years but to recommend that they should be made to refund these funds is absolutely ridiculous and nonsense.

Ghana? Ghanaians are very corrupt and only the chinese way of dealing with it is suitable for Ghana. In China high level corrupt public officers are executed and and their assets confiscated..Low level corrupt public officers get lengthy jail sentences in penal colonies and their assets seized.
There should be no sympathy for econonic saboteurs.Corrupt public servants are white- collared armed robbers.

Hmmm It is easier said than done. Who will bell the cat? Unless they are executed in secret. Because the Head of State will not authorise the execution. period
