This is the most stupid statement from this minister. Covid was an emergency and it needed an emergency response.
The initial Loan for the project was US$200 Million, World Bank allowed Akuffo Addo's govt to use US$65M for Covid that is why Ghana had additional US$150 Million. This NDC Govt is a Group of Lies & Scammers.
