My late father died leaving a will witnessed by his very close friends , lawyer, a well know paramount chief has has now passed. But after his death my step mother whom my father banned from attending his funeral managed to twist the will change my fathers wishes. Case went to court

She took the case to court that my father wasnt mentally of sound mind to make such a decision , and the person who sat on the case turned out to be a judge who was her boyfriend. This resulted in my fathers burisl delayed for20months whilst the case was in court. In the end we won the case by proving all documentsshe presented to court were fake. Why do family and close ones enjoy litigating funeral , burial and estate issues. Petson who worked hard took nothing with him.
