The truth is not out. Did the Captain, Technical Team, GFA, all the men and explayers around them not know that we a weak team when they were assuring that we'll reach the Semis and even win the cup. Beyond that what is the standing of the Black Stars in 10 or 20 matches? How many wins draws and loses. How many goals scored and conceded. How many have the stamina to play box to box at least in 45 minutes? How many show professionalism on and off the pitch by resting enough for "the next match"? How many are not "fans" on selection to play - who spend all their enegies in singing, noise making and dancing before matches only walk away in sadness after matches. Why should such winmatches when they had had all their all their climax and jubilations earlier. It's sad.

Ghana, we never learn, we never do things the right way or accountable for our actions. This is very sad coming from a captain who showed zero effort. Jordan is our number 9, yet instead of pressing the Colombia defense he was kicking every free kick, losing the ball, falling down, so slow and lack of leadership. Our whole country down from our teachers to politicians are like this. The Ghana Black Stars: A Time for Honest Reflection and Collective Responsibility
The recent defeat of the Ghana Black Stars was painful for every Ghanaian who loves football. As supporters, we invest our emotions, hopes, and prayers in this team because the Black Stars represent our nation's pride on the international stage. Losing is always disappointing, but it also presents an opportunity to reflect, learn, and improve.
In my opinion, the problem is not about blaming one player. Football is a team sport, and both success and failure belong to everyone. Every player on the pitch, the coaching staff, the technical team, and even management share responsibility for the team's performance.
There were moments when our team lacked coordination, urgency, and composure. At times, our attacking play was predictable, while our defense looked vulnerable under pressure. These are not simply individual mistakes; they point to issues in preparation, tactics, communication, and teamwork.
The technical team must carefully evaluate their game plan. Modern football requires flexibility, proper tactical adjustments, and the ability to respond quickly when a match is not going as expected. Preparation should include detailed analysis of opponents, effective substitutions, and strategies that bring out the best in every player.
The players also have a responsibility to give everything for the national jersey. Talent alone is not enough. Commitment, discipline, teamwork, and determination make the difference between good teams and great teams. Every player must understand that representing Ghana is a privilege that requires total dedication.
At the same time, supporters should avoid attacking individual players. Today's football heroes can have difficult days, just as they can produce match-winning performances tomorrow. Constructive criticism is healthy, but personal insults and blame only destroy confidence.
Going forward, I believe the Black Stars should focus on:
Building stronger team chemistry and unity.
Improving tactical discipline and adaptability.
Selecting players based on current form and commitment.
Investing in long-term player development and proper preparation.
Holding both players and the technical team accountable through honest performance reviews.
The Black Stars have overcome difficult moments before, and they can do so again. Ghana has talented footballers and passionate supporters. What we need now is honest self-assessment, better preparation, and collective responsibility.
Let us continue to support our national team while expecting excellence from everyone involved. Victory will come again when every member of the team—from the players to the technical bench—works together with discipline, humility, and a shared determination to make Ghana proud once more.

Jordan, You are a "captain" spouting this nonsense? You are not a leader or a good footballer. You have gone to the World Cup 3 times as a striker. How many times have you even hit the target, and I am not even talking about scoring a goal? You cannot even run or get a shot on target. What type of a striker is that? This Colombia team is not that good. They are NOT better than us. Our selection for the game was suspect. How can the coach bench Adjetey and play a shaky Lukassen? How can fast players like Bonsu Baah, Thomas Asante, and the rest be on the bench while the likes of you (Jordan) and Inaki get to play? You need to retire. This Colombia team was not better than us. When we see a better opposition we recognize it and it's not Colombia. Stop your nonsense and stop talking.

Jordan is talking out of guilty conscience because he knows he let his team and Ghanaians down as a leader.
I mean even me, a proud bonified armchair coach, can see clearly how he walked on the pitch like a chicken about to lay an egg that we were in trouble. His demeanor and energy suggests he did not want to be there. And what is with the falling down on each challenge to look for a foul when the whole pitch is in the view of Ai inspired cameras? His lack of participation and leadership forced Ghana to play 10 against 11 until he was subbed.
He failed to lead the team as a captain and should take responsibility of that with his words instead of claiming a superior opponent.

A striker who never had any shot on target and refused to perform the task of a striker. No genuine striker takes corner kicks and free kicks for someone else to score. You have outlived your usefulness in Black Stars so please retire honorably and thank you for your service. Jordan, thank you for serving Ghana honorably via the Black Stars. You have brought us several memorable joys. Football is a youngman's sport, and by every calculation and statistic, your onfield numbers reveal that you shoul ...

Abedi, Kwame Ayew, Dede and even Sola had more commitment and had pride in wearing the black star than this boy.

The NARCO BOYS are not a better team but just an average team that Ghana refused to show up against.

Jordan, leave the Black Stars willingly now than for Ghanaians to drag you out.A word to the wise…
He has opened the insults floodgates from armchair coaches. He should have just shut up but I guess as a captain he is required- to make a statement.
Vida, he owes the nation no responsibility as a captain to make a statement. That falls on the coach.

I do not understand what Ayew is saying. Didn’t he know what football is and his team should be focused and determined on the field. His and the team’s performance was poor and a disgrace. Colombia was just ordinary.
Jordan Ayew must free his conscience. He must admit that the Black Stars played below average. They must come out to apologize to the nation.
It is better to acknowledge that you're also one of the major reasons Ghana Black Stars is coming. You were just a liability on the pitch.
