    Kumchacha, why can't you use some of the collection from your Sunday service to expand the drainage behind your church but rather appealing to the Government to do it for you? U can't be serious.

    I hope you know that infrastructure development is the responsibility of Government. The government collects the taxes and revenue from our resources. Let us be a bit discerning.
