Another contributing factor to the flooding is untarred roads. Drains are already choked half to full with dirt even before it starts raining. Obviously, water will find it's way out to homes. This is common sense.

Long term: Tarred roads

(1) Sakumanu Ramsay site must a major bridge to the sea and the road and the railway line must be overhead. (2) Labadi and Teshie and nungua areas must be considered the same for the water to get free to enter into the sea. Think wisely.
