She hasn't ran away from the country and what's preventing the authorities like ORAL team, OSP or other anti-corruption agencies apprehend her? Close to 2 years in ndc gov't, no one has mentioned Cecilia Dapaah's name for anything. It means that Cecilia Dapaah was falsely accused of stealing money meant for tackling flooding situation. The truth is every penny that is stolen by our leaders always leads to something detrimental, the sufferingl of an innocent citizen, loss of life, which the politicians associated with that stealing will pay for before they die.
