Ask the ECG workers about their so-called "political meters". Several people have been provided meters by ECG that have not been captured on their system. When the people try to get the workers to come capture them, they are told the meters are "political meters". These people are left to use the meters without paying for them. They keep reporting because they don't want to have to pay accumulated bills later, but all that goes without results. Anybody can go to several homes in the Ejisu enclave and Ampayoo to confirm this.
My friend's house at Ampayoo has 5 meters, but only 1 is captured. Though prepaid, 4 have never gone off for almost 10 years now, though they don't purchase power
