The lowest ranked teacher/official knows the atopa teacher has to face the music as per the GES regulations and code of conduct. After facing a Disciplinary Committee, he is likely to be sacked if found guilty. As for the police, they come in, in this case, only if ths student is below the consenting age (which I doubt very much). She obviously consented.
Apaak, Haruna and GES, putting the politics of cashing in on every incident, there are serious and widespread sexual and economic abuses going on at the JHS and even primary levels. What are you doing proactively to tackle the problem? You don't have to wait for one out of many cases to become public before you give a political impression that you care.

If the student is not a minor then it is only GES who can sit on this case and not any law enforcement agency. He can decide to go to the GES hearing or not and no one can do anything. If the student is a minor then that is a different. This about law not morals or emotions
