Indeed, these funds are Ghanaian tax payers money, therefore a way should be found to pay the funds into an account other than the MP's personal accounts. The question here is do they give accountability as to whether
the funds are properly used for their purpose.
Yes, the Supreme Court need to consider this.

Is Adu Boahen an MP? Besides which constitutional provisions mandate that Directors of National Security open personal accounts with their wives as co-signatories to siphon state funds.

It does not make any sense channeling DACF payments into MPs’ private accounts. The funds do not belong to the MPs . They are government funds allocated to develop the constituencies and as such the funds belong to the people . It will be appropriate to deposit these funds into an account set by the constituencies that should be managed by appointed and trust worthy members headed by the MPs. No government funds should be under the individual account of ministers . That is wrong and it must be abolished.

This dismissal ruling by the Ghana SC, with the support of the AG, is an indication that corruption in Ghana is SANCTIONED by the government and their assigned agents. It does not matter that the practice has been in place for a long time or not, whether it would disrupt current process or not, IT IS FUNDAMENTALLY WRONG TO PAY GHANA GOVERNMENT FUNDS INTO AN MP's PERSONAL ACCOUNT for whatever purpose the funds are suppose to be used for on behalf of the electorate.
Shame to the SC and AG for their support to perpetuate corruption, lack of accountability, and plain thievery. This is filthy shameful Mr. President.......it is beyond belief. Why are some Ghanaian politicians so brain dead / daft? Think about this question; don't answer it! Not being disrespectful, but the question has to be asked!

It is a good procedure that needs to be maintained.
Asonaaba Dapaah, as Deputy Attorney General, saw nothing wrong with when the npp was in power.
