Ghanaians are beginning to see that Mahama is an empty barrel. The guy is weak, undynamic with no sense of urgency. His inability to appoint a new Defence Minister (since the demise of the former Minister almost a year ago) speaks volume. ORAL is also dead and we have not seen anything concrete happening with the 24 hour economy. The slight improvements in the macroeconomic data are due to the hard works of the Finance Minister and the Governor of the Central Bank and not attributed to the inputs of the President. The campaign promise of resetting the country is hardly visible. We have not seen any reset in the true meaning of the word. All we have seen so far is administration of the country as it has always been and hardly any transformation of our ways of doing things. In the light of the above it's not surprising that the NDC and Mahama's popularity are dwindling across the country.
