Ghanaians would set up kiosks anywhere. They don't care, it's the government responsibility to address rules and order but they look the other way.
It is AMA responsibility to make sure rules are followed.

Ghana has most of her cities scattered with illegal trading activities especially in Accra, kumasi, Takoradi, etc .In Accra hawkers can be seen on street pavements ,middle of roads ,infront of stores, shops, banks ,offices, edges of gutters and drainages, hospitals etc .These illegal hawkers and traders contribute to creation of rubbish and choking of gutters and drainages in the cities .Trading activities should only be allowed in market places and not in lawlessness mode of conditions we see our cities. The government should ban hawkers in the cities and have a task force to arrest all those who disobey this ban .Our cities are not attractive but full of filths and lawlessness with regards to illegal trading and hawking all over Ghana.
