And, they are going to use the FAKE CLIMATE CHANGE agenda as the main cause for their new BIG LIE AGENDA and then make it look like a choice for all black nations in the world to accept the new BIG LIE AGENDA in other to receive the slavery United Nations REPARATIONS program. Instead of another Court to deal with malfeasance in public institutions, the independence of the internal auditors must be sorted out. Until the internal auditors in public institutions become independent and have these financial irregularities will continue. In most security services, the report of the internal auditors cannot reach the big men at the top without the the covering letters of the in-charges of the stations or units audited. So if these in-charges have issues they will force the auditors to change them or it won't go.
Also, the reports of the internal auditors should be taken seriously by those who receive them.

Internal auditors are the first line of defense. When they fail to detect or report wrongdoing, it creates opportunities for fraud to continue.
Jesus taught that to stop a serious wrong, we should address its root cause. In the same way, holding internal auditors accountable when they neglect their responsibilities can help prevent fraudulent activities before they grow into bigger problems. So to me the special courts are necessary. The only thing is if they will address the delays in the justice system.
