Suggestion:
Phone numbers are used to call. Take the numbers to the providers to block it for a period of time until a fine against them are settled. In Europe it is seen on their pay slips as a tax deducted to learn a lesson from that. Here in Ghana we only complain without using mean to bring it down. All we do is boasting. DO YOU KNOW ME? Arrogance.
