People guilty of war crimes and genocide are deported,inspite of the Green Card they hold if a competent court in the country where they were tried requests so from the American government.The blame squarely sits with Kissi Adjebeng.He was in league with Ken all along,just as with all the other cases of the former appointees.He only wasted our taxes by deliberately muddling the waters!
