Anyway, he and his lawyer listed the payment as a business expense (obviously a lie). There were 34 payments so each payment was charged as a felony.
On the rape thing, it is a bit more complicated. However, he sued the ABC news journalist that said he was convicted for defamation. ABC decided to not fight the case and paid 15 million.
All I can say is Trump is an oaf, however, these accusations are more in the nonsense column than true.
