Mahama can do whatever he wants with Ghana. That's his own problem. This woman hid herself for over 8 years just waiting for a change of government so her case and sentencing would be nollified like the rest of her looting brigade who were in court. The outcome of all that they've started doing with her case is clear and obvious. She would be allowed to go with the millions of dollars of public funds she misappropriated. So sad. No wonder everyone wants to be a politician in Ghana.

The lady fled to the US, and do you think the US would entertain any of her politician who embezzled money that is meant for the taxpayer?
I wish the international community will draft a resolution stopping politicians from any country to seek refuge in another country if there is evidence of malpractice.

The Sentence has been given. She can only Appeal and give reasons. If not, let her start her conviction. She was not as smart as Ken Ofori Attah who has beaten the Legal System in Ghana and is SUPPOSED TO BE SICK in the USA with his family and friends and enjoying Ghana’s supposed stolen about $1Billion. That Guy is smart and beat the system. He can’t be deported to Ghana BECAUSE OF HIS HEALTH SITUATION. Hahahaha.

Since this guy became an MP he has never contributed to any issues which are beneficial to the economy and youth employment.
The woman was given a hearing at the court. She asked for a permission to seek medical attention in the US which the court granted but she failed to return to Ghana for persecution. The court therefore sentenced her in absentia.
So what are you talking about, Mr. MP? Please don't make it sounds that she wasn't given the opportunity to be heard in court.
Please play your propaganda games in this matter.

Ghana must either fight corruption or give up the fight and let us institutionalize it . Sedina Tamakloe has been tried in a court of competent jurisdiction and sentenced but she absconded on the grounds of seeking medical care abroad. So for Bernard Bediako to suggest that this woman deserves a hearing after extradition to Ghana is ridiculous and pointless.

Is trial in absentia in our laws ? If yes why this suggestion and where were her defense counsel duringthetrial? Can a suspect be trialed twice on the same charge(s)? Right now she is a prisoner no matter her condition bcos there are sick inmates in our prisons. If it is her condition then Ken Ofori-Atta too is sick so he should be left alone.

Hmmm !! This is a test case for politicians in Ghana, that they can't hide behind legal technicalities to always free their own . Ghanaians are watching them closely.
