Solomon, the issue is that the Attorney general of Ghana is refusing to think out of the box, first of all ken Ofori-Attah cannot be extradited from US without the governor of the state in which he lives in, the Attorney general must first fine out which state does ken reside, then which count again, then they will have to write to the governor of the that state first then follow it up to the mayor of the count he lives in, all these must be done first before an extradition could be established to take place, but the attorney general and his government are failing to think out of the box to do all these essential processes, some of these thing doesn't need people with much education before they are done.
