Yesterday you reported that a Melcom plus building has collapsed. This is clear deception and tarnishes the image of Melcom. It also drives away clients from Melcom.
Melcom should sue you for the lies

In Ghana, a Certificate of Occupancy (often called a Certificate of Habitation) is an official administrative document issued by your local Municipal or Metropolitan Assembly. It certifies that a newly built or renovated building complies with the Ghana Building Code and is entirely safe for residential or commercial use.It is a guarantee that the building has met the required standards set in the Ghana Building Code and certifying that it is fit for use as a residence or for commercial activity.
So therefore when a building collapses there are only two questions to answer. Can the owner produce a Certificate of Occupancy and who issued the Csetificate? Simple. Criminal negligence is assumed if the building was not certified or was wrongly certified. THATS ALL.
