Maybe the Capital should be moved elsewhere because Accra is congested, but is moving the Capital going to solve the problem of flooding in Accra or is this Einstein suggesting Accra should then be left to flood till the cow come home?
Why not move it to Central region or Volta region where they have the sea ?
