And have you forgotten that the Ghana is seeking to have Ken returned to Ghana through an extradition process in the USA? And it was too long ago that Ken himself assured the public that he'll return to Ghana to answer any charges against him once he's done with his medical treatment in the USA? Turns out that medical treatment excuse was just a ruse, for Ken was quietly scheming to adjust his immigration status in the USA. Even when he was arrested by ICE, Ken continued with that deception by claiming that he should be released from ICE custody because he will not get good medical care there, as if the Immigration Judge didn't know any better. If there weren't charges against Ken in Ghana, then the USA would not be tolerating a request for his extradition.
