My heart goes out to the police service management and staff. Lets all join hands to support our dear brothers in need at this very difficult time. Does the police service logistics and facilities team organise periodic annual fire safety checks. Fire extinguisher checks and servicing, health and safety fire drills, especially becauss its a colonial building ovsr 100years old. The electrical wiring must be very old and not fit for purpose. Sometimes such incidents happen for a very good reason to wake us all up. Lets learn from the midtakes of the past to improve our person. Its surprising that 11 years ago 3rd june we lost countless lives through floods caused our shameful habits of emptying household waste into drains, irresponsible littering of plastic waste, building on wet lands, blocking drains etc. These flooding we cry about every year is caused by some very lazy and selfish citizsns who need to be exiled to where no one sees them. This time seems the ghosts of the previously passed victims have served karma to remind us that life is precious.
