Thus society made sure that thieves, people who issue threat of harm against others, people who rap, rob, cause harm and difile girls are all keep away from society, so that they don't live among the society and continue to commit those inhuman acts against people.
Homo sexuality and other acts connected to it, for instance a person having sex with a dog, bread, kenkey, through another's anus, male or female are all inhuman, thus a person who is involved or those involved must be punished and keep out from society.
People are jeld for their inhuman acts. Acts or behaviours that are injurious to society.
So, so long as society cannot accept the abuse of the dignity of a human person as a norm, so no crime can be accepted as a norm because someone uses to satisfy himself sexually, not biologically.
People who rob and steal others use those means to satisfy their financial needs, so Afenyo Markins is telling us to accept crime as a norm, rather than antisocial behaviour.
