The money could have been used to complete the agenda 111 hospitals. Imagine then, how many jobs that section alone would have created. Even if the current administration had taken to maintaining the railway lines, from south to the north. With train stations mounted on the lines imagine the jobs. If the road is not completed before elections, then comes another government consider the consequence. The project would automatically be abandoned till another NDC government. By then the current effort would have gone waste. Then what is the meaning. The nation better differentiate needed and wanted materials before any action. What are they doing? Going very fast and coming very fast to starve. NO JOB FOR THE PEOPLE AS PROMISED. Only the power never the duties. 2028 is near in coming. HMM!

This project which was neglected by ndc after Kufuor bypasses should have been completed in the 8 years of the npp. Now the fate of this express road will be determined by ndc or npp winning the next elections.
