  Yes water is inevitable and a necessity to life and living. But all the same the lives has to be protected to safety without a lost.

The problem with us is lawlessness and politics. Remember that our lands are not owned by the government but the chiefs or elders. Politicians can also use their influence to aquire lands at all cost. Late Sir John of NPP who was selling Achimota Forest lands to his cronies.
