Very good initiative but the commissioner should have talked about the shipping lines charging demurrage at weekends and holidays respectively, and some shipping lines have their own rate for forex which is different from the bank of Ghana. Commissioner should have dealt with it

Also, you will pay for the demurrage thinking the driver should have dropped but because of long queues at these same terminals he won't be able to drop the unit then they will charge demurrage again
