Ashesi University authorities are sitting down waiting for the government to come and construct that road. Ridiculous! Who uses that road more? Is it not the people of Ashesi University???? Ashesi students, professors, workers and owners and so on all uses the main road to get to Ashesi....
Why then is Ashesi authorities not doing something about the deplorable road??? Can't they sit down with the government and offer to help in any little way to attract the government to prioritize that road and do it with quality asphalt like the roads in Legion???
Ashesi authorities must wake up! Get a few million dollars and approach the government to support you construction that main road (from Aburi Main Road junction all the way to Kwabenya). As soon as that main road is asphalted to world class standards with modern street light, Ashesi will boom like never before.
Wake up. Ashesi. Fix your main road NOW !!!!!!!

Maybe the govt can broker a deal to rebuild and maintain the roads. Tuition fees will have to be increased as a result..salaries may take a haircut but the sole responsibility in my opinion for the condition of that stretch is the govt both regional and Flagstaff house..again we have the transport minister probably sitting in an ac office somewhere taking a bribe or in a hotel somewhere fucking

It is a Public Road and should be fixed by Government. Ashesi is doing what’s reasonably acceptable. Provide good education, give scholarships to needy students etc.
This blame may be a misplaced one.

The Government must help to uplift the image of Ashesi University by improving the road leading to the university. We should do away with the dusty road. Give them a first class road with street lights all the way to the campus. Make visitors feel that they are on their way to an Ivy University on the continent of Africa. Let's help this fantastic university to attract students from all over the world which will benefit Ghana in the long run. I appeal to the Government to consider my proposal seriously. The current state of the road leading to Ashesi University is a disgrace to the people of Ghana.
