Unfortunately am hardly impressed with the application of your qualifications. It’s not deep at all. What is the intrinsic value of your PHD if you always depend on outsourcing. Can’t you wean your selves from their white man and his institutions. For God sake Ghana is 70 fucking years old.At this age do you still want to be taught DOGGY.Be advised that we don’t need anymore CHICKEN SHIT from IMF. That’s why you carry a PHD. Lazy Professor. Always easy to depend on the White man .Create that credible programs you prescribed. . We don’t need RSF or PCI. We don’t need that external policy anchor you prescribed. We are capable to create our own home grown .You are a goddamn PHD.Apply it.That’s why you own the title of PHD. To think and formulate. Perhaps you are the reason the Ghana gentleman in Holland declared confidently and forcefully that his Dutch Passport is worth more than Ghana PHD. I beg to agree.
