So the business began as a sole proprietorship owned by the husband. Then it was incorporated as a company, it was at this point that shares were given to the wife. Now did Joana pay for the shares ? But after sometime there was new shareholding arrangement and Joana's name was removed as a shareholder. Joana has to prove that the supporting documents removing her from the shareholders were a forgery. If proved the judge would restore Joana as shareholder but if not he would not disturb the current shareholding in which Joana is not a shareholder. Did Joana provide a forensic report that the signatures were forgery ?
