Rather, it is the billions looted by the very top which they are completely mute on. What is HHC200,000? That is what people at the top use for pure water daily. The lady didn't embezzle any money and she is being chased for an infraction that deserves a simple caution. People have embezzled millions of Ghana Cedis and walking free because they can afford to pay kickbacks

The wrong must be put right. There's a reason for everything we do and therefore must answer. Something merely Escaping you is not a good reason. You can't ignore procurement processes in governance.

Maybe the Procurement Director may not be wrong it says for works more than 200,000 up to 15,000,000 then. The CHAIRMANPERSON did say it was above 200,000. If it was up to 200 000 then the PD was within the law to request fo ... read full comment
