The political leaders give 4th rate health system to the people while they themselves fly abroad for medical treatment. When the Speaker of parliament was sick, he flew to Dubai at least 6 times for treatment and reviews costing the taxpayer at least $ 4 million. Couldn't that money have been used to employ more doctors and nurses?

THE NEXT PROBLEM IS HOW TO GET AN AMBULLANCE OFFER A RIDE TO THE DYING PATIENT TO THE PRIVATE SCANNING FACILITY OUTSIDE THE HOSPITAL. IT IS BECAUSE THE PATIENT EVEN HAVE TO BUY PETROL OR FUEL FOR THE AMBULANCE TO BE DRIVEN TO GET THE PATIENT TO THE MRI- OR CT SCANNING FACILITY FOR THE SCANNING.
