A coin toss deciding fate seems very easy to accept until you realise CAF refused to accept a real goal that won an Afcon. #good_riddance

Yeah, why a coin toss? They should let football on the field decide which team goes through

Ghana's main problem is that they don't organize any international friendly matches for the national teams. If you watch the under 17 matches, Ghana's main problem is mental toughness.

Play off will make a whole lot of sense. And it will be fair to both teams. Deciding a country’s fate by coin toss i.e luck is not good at all.

The only ‘crushing’ here is the starlets crushing out and failing to seal automatic qualification to the World Cup. Using funny headlines and all kinds of PR machinations does not hide the fact that this GFA has proven to be the biggest failures in our football history. All our national teams have been shambolic under their tenure. They are probably hoping that the Black Stars can do well at the World Cup to cover their shame, yet even if the team does well it will be in spite of their incompetence and not because of anything they’ve done. Business men using the national teams as a cash cow to enrich themselves at the expense of the entire nation. Evil men.

This has been quite prevalent with our 'local teams' in African continental competitions, especially when they are up against tough opposition from the North Africans.
