The truth is, the bigger the loot, the more it takes time to get the culprit imprisoned because, he or she have a lot to share by hiring criminal lawyers most of whom are linked to judges where some of the loot will be channeled to keep the case running until forever. This country is sick. The kind of democracy imposed on us is a sham!!!
