For many business owners, it is enough to leave operations in the hands of trusted employees while they focus on managing affairs from behind the scenes without getting directly involved in the field work.

However, for business mogul Ibrahim Mahama, things are different. He has explained why he is often seen working closely with his employees during operations.

According to him, his decision to join the crew is not only to supervise operations but also to assist the logistics team in loading and offloading newly received heavy-duty equipment for various mining sites.

In an Instagram post shared on his page on May 16, 2026, and accompanied by a video, he wrote, “Sometimes, I join the night shift crew not to only supervise our operations but to also help the logistics crew load & off-load newly received equipment for the various mining sites.”

The video also showed him operating one of the heavy-duty machines, inspecting the equipment, and interacting freely with members of his crew while work continued at the site.

To many workers, this may appear to be a normal responsibility for a business owner. However, to others, it reflects a strong sense of teamwork, bonding, and leadership by example.
