Honourable Minister of Sports & Recreation, behind this dispute is a human athlete whose opportunities, representation, and career are at stake. The swimmer is not just background — they are the reason this demand matters. Our children matter, so we are humbly calling on you to use your good office to bring an end to this situation by setting up an independent IMC to conduct a free, fair and transparent elections. #Enoughisenough. The right thing must be done. Thank you

How do we allow a small group of selfish individuals to hold the entire Ghanaian swimming community hostage?
All stakeholders are asking for is:
• Equal opportunities and platforms for every swimmer, not just a selected few with personal ties to former executives.
•Accountability and transparency in the utilization of funds.
• Proper governance and adherence to the constitution.
• Free, fair, and credible elections.
How difficult is this to achieve?
What makes people cling to power for so many years if not for personal interest and gain? The sport belongs to the athletes, clubs, coaches, parents, and the entire swimming community and not a select few individuals.
The time has come for leadership that is transparent, inclusive, accountable, and focused on developing swimming in Ghana for ALL.
The National Sports Authority and the Hon. Sports Minister must step in decisively in the interest of fairness, good governance, and the future of Ghana swimming.
