  During our time in School many decades ago, Examination Malpractices were very rare because when found out, the culprit was summarily dismissed and banned from any WAEC exams for years. In the case of UCC which I translate as UNIVERSITY OF CONSTANT CONFUSION, a culprit was immediately dismissed and could never again enroll and attend any University in Ghana. Those were the Good Old Days. It was just a Big Shame to be caught. There were a few Exams Malpractices but it was dangerously dangerous for Educationists and Examiners to be involved. Just let such culprits get KAMINA and GONDAR Barracks serious Military Discipline and they will never do it again

  Now is the hour to punish the culprits in order to serve as deterrent to others
  Our certificates are at the verge of almost becoming a toilet paper in aburokyire which is highly unacceptable!!!!!
