School management doesn't differ from business management. Our entrench position in appointing school managers based on their academic credentials is what has brought Ghana to its knees. As pharmacist I wish he had a couple of pharmaceutical stores or at least had a pharmacy assistants school. That to me would have made him a better choice. As it stands now I see the same trend that seems to collapse our educational institutions. Anyway, we can only expect the good from his works. Congrats.
