For as long as Wontumi and Akonta mining hold license for mining operations at site, Wontumi and Akonta mining remains responsible for all activities on site.
If Wontumi and Akonta Mining no longer needs the site they are contractually obligated to return ownership to the agency of state that granted them the license. They remain and are assumed to be responsible for all operations or activities on the site for as long as they continue to hold an active license for the site.
Wontumi and Akonta Mining has not tendered in an application that ended their licensed operations at the said site and therefore are responsible for any and all operations on the site. Wontumi and Akonta Mining are responsible for all environmental damages, clean-up cost and any illegal activities on site.
Wontumi and Akonta Mining should shut up and take their punishment like honest men and stop acting like the uncultured and bushmen who talked brashly when the majority NPP Akufo-Addo/Dr. Bawumia train wreck was running.
