As long as arbitration cases continues to be heard in foreign courts in Overseas, the government will always be the looser. The mining is done in the country but arbitration cases are dealt in foreign courts. Is this not a shame? When will the black man learn sense? We’re fools because no white man will accept this.

Do you expect a court in Britain to rule against a British company 6 days ago
That is nonsense. Why don't they hear the case in a neutral African court like the ECOWAS Court or the African Court in Arusha, Tanzania. Ghana shouldn't have participated at all, knowing that the court is going to be biased.

Dr Duffuor is NDC and the Attorney Gen used to be his Legal Counsel before NDC came in to power
He acquired the mine in question under controversial circumstances and had the case pending
Then his Legal Counsel the AG is called upon to defend the interest of the state ( using the state resources including hiring the services if Atuguba) against the the Company which has had its rights wrongly taken
We are spending state money to defend Dr Duffuor who was flagged in the previous government for mismanaging state funds like the Bank and Maritime driveway
