In what civilized society are people as young as that age forced into marriages when the students have Free Education thanks to Nana Akuffo Addo. The family members should be made to spend some Prison time at Kamina Barracks and subjected to serious Military Discipline for about two weeks

Some of these sexual encounters result in pregnancies. It's these amorous relations which sometimes lead to marriage. Not all such marriages are forced, though the law frowns on marriage of teen-agers.
