Now to what the minister said about the Market Circle in Takoradi being 81 percent complete,I sincerely have my doubts and I carry the opinion of several fellow residents of the city.it is only the steel skeletal frame,or call it block works that has been done.No partitions,no fitting of doors,windows and roofing yet.How can that equate to 81 percent? Also the flyover is abandoned.What is going on?
