We don't need explanation find ways to streamline things and make things more efficient eliminate unnecessary middle men and hurdles. We don't eat to hear any explanations. Who should the athletes blame? Your mother or Ghana athletics? Gh athletics must relieve budget from sports ministry. Why don't you just give gh athletics their budget for the year which includes airfare and hotels for athletes etc and then provide gaa with mechanisms on how they too can fundraise through dinners, awards, corporate Ghana etc. Why can't gaa follow others foreign athletics associations to seek funds externally? Why must gaa always rely in funds from sports ministry? Lazy fools...
