at times we need to find out what was the contractual agreement between the contractor and the govt of Ghana. has the contractor been settle fully?, has all the needed equipment installed, has all the professional been assembled. it may be any of the above that is hindering the opening. if those above are lacking and it open you may go there and you will be ask to go 37military hospital to run a test there and come back to be attended, and we all know how heavy traffic is on that stretch. so do proper inquiries before you say the govt of the day is insensitive.
