    If they want to smoke a little,just allow them if they will not cause trouble.
    If they want to sell but not to minors, allow them because they are usually unemployed. It is better to do that than to engage in robbery.

    We often hear the arrest but not the punishment they received. There must be a law where vehicles found carrying contraband goods are confiscated to the state. We need harsher laws that would be ENFORCED!
