    I believe she meant 300,000,000,000 cedis. 3 million cedis is the equivalent if 30,000 cedis. The figure cant be right.

    Please recalculate! The government maybe looses 3 billion but 95% of the money collected through corruption is reinvested by the corrupt people in the countries economy.
