This is exactly why due process matters. The court has spoken, and it shows that arguments must be backed with solid evidence.

Interesting development. If the court rejected the AG’s position, then clearly there are gaps that need to be addressed properly.

This ruling is a big win for fairness. Kwabena Adu Boahene deserves a proper and unbiased process.

The court rejecting that argument says a lot. Maybe Kwabena Adu Boahene has been misunderstood all along.

You can’t build a case on assumptions. Kwabena Adu Boahene deserves justice, not speculation.

Listen all of you making defensive submissions, Ghana is bleeding , this thing has gone on for a long time across the two wicked political parties since 1992 and it is only this time that it is coming out. My question is what is the source of wealth of the accused? NDC/NPP are very wicked why will tax payers money be accounted useless like this under the guise of national security? What is even more dangerous to national security like the current power outages and the mass youth employment we are facing in Ghana. These political parties have been in power for over three decades and one set comes and make money and another comes and make money. We see political affiliation as source of wealth not service to the nation. I just wonder why people will comment defending the accused instead of encouraging him to go down with all parties since 1992! There is no security situation in Ghana for us to have national security apparatus using it to steal from the people. How can our hard earned tax money be disbursed with WhatsApp messages. It doesn't make sense. We are all thieves and wicked else people won't use Sudan dye as palm oil and sell for our own to eat and get cancer. What a wicked people we are in a country bless with natural resources where only the political class enjoys.

Is someone stealing for John Mahama so that he can live as an arabian king when he is kicked out of power in 2029? Is an Iblahim stealing for John Mahama? qoute Johne Mahama.
Indeed the only difference between gonja mafia and an armed robber is that the latter uses offensive weapons in stealing but gonja mafia uses his brother.
Look at the political persecutions going on? Are they from Prof. Kofi Awonor's book? - take economic and political power from the Akans. Is it that gonja mafia is using an Accra to make cocoa farmers pooere by refusing to pay for cocoa they have bought?
Are you seeing what we are seeing?

When I read from political aparachicks like your kind I feel very sad for mother Ghana. So if Mahama is stealing will he go to the grave with everything that he steals? Instead of discouraging people that political appointment is to serve the people not to steal from them look at where you are coming from. Unfortunately we find ourselves here because we didn't know without political parties some of you people will have no life and no food to eat. The Rawlingses acquired everything and where are they now? Their family wish they wake up to see them one day. Let's Mahama steal and one day he will leave everything behind but the unborn generation when they suffer in future will remember him as one of the presidents who never cared about Ghana. NPP/NDC are all the same so stop your hypocrisy and hit on discouraging these thieves.
