  The same report said below that in real terms, Ghana recorded a trade deficit of GH30 Billion cedis of export against GH30.7 Cedis import (ie. 700 million cedis deficit). It also said growth in export earnings (ie. price increases internationally) was the main reason for the expanded output.
  
  The same report (below) said the narrow range of export commodities exposes the global price fluctuations.
  
  Summary; Very little has changed with the national economy itself - except some good luck this time so maybe the all-night prayer camps across the land are finally delivering! Amen.
