    How big are those towns/villages to demand a whopping GHC9.46m for traffic lights? We are our own enemies only a fraction will go into those projects. Choobo monies from inflated cost of projects

    Installation of traffic lights for thise towns will not cost more than 2 million cedis. 9 46 million is outrageous!!!
